Our intervention
Mecan-Hydro faced numerous problems related to a lack of space, which resulted in operational inefficiencies. The Progima team developed an innovative layout and revised production operations. Working with Mécan-Hydro, we created a new work organization adapted to the plant's increased capacity and projected volumes. The results exceeded expectations: reduction of unnecessary handling, elimination of production stoppages, optimization of space and improved production flows. Today, the new plant exemplifies efficiency and performance.
