Our intervention
A redevelopment of the current plant, including an expansion of 13,000 square feet, was carried out by adding new equipment. Our experts optimized employee movement and workstations. Adding more storage space helped increase inventory to meet demand more quickly. This new layout was designed to facilitate labour management and limit handling.
