Our intervention

Marquis tasked Progima with reviewing its industrial strategy in order to maximize revenues while minimizing risks. Our experts presented multiple layout scenarios that improved space and material flows, as well as safety, while also directing the selection of equipment and technology that would propel the facility forward. Proposed scenarios resulted in the increased efficiency and capacity required by Marquis Toronto to meet its business objectives.
