Our intervention

The Progima team provided the expertise to establish standard work: timing, video analysis, task breakdown, inclusions, exclusions, methodology, etc. The plan also included training an internal team to help the company become more autonomous with a view to sustainability. In addition to better production planning, time management now makes it possible to simulate beforehand the impact of a process change or new product introduction to estimate potential gains.
