By rapidly and tangibly improving our clients\u2019 operational efficiency, we empower them to achieve their goals and stay ahead in today\u2019s competitive market. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Construction Requirements Coordination<\/em><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyze and interpret all plans issued by construction professionals to support the team responsible for the worksite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in site coordination meetings and meetings to clarify client and operational requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issue and manage all change requests submitted by the client and apply them to the plans produced by construction professionals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support construction professionals throughout the project as the operations representative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist construction professionals throughout the project during the issuance of directives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to overall project timelines and deliverables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan site visits for subcontractors and construction professionals when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to certain \u201cbase building\u201d\u2013related projects if needed: opportunity assessment, feasibility, preliminary design, plans, and specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Operational Requirements Coordination<\/em><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Master all future operational requirements related to the building and stay informed on project developments in each production sector of the new facility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the interface between the industrial engineering group responsible for layouts and the building requirements for construction professionals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be able to quickly understand and assess impacts on operations, potential costs, and associated delays in relation to building changes and strategic decisions by construction professionals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with certain subcontractors, such as overhead crane suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure construction professionals take into account the various client requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure proper documentation and integration of change requests or any client\u2011initiated requests into the plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain oversight of the building through evolving tools such as 3D modeling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Site Monitoring (if required)<\/em><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct site visits related to coordination requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and document follow\u2011up meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage issues and quickly find solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Collaboration and Leadership<\/em><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Act as liaison between the client, the industrial engineering layout team, the Real Estate department, the Health &amp; Safety committee, construction professionals, and all other stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobilize project teams to achieve objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work jointly with an already established project manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cCarry\u201d the projects and all related topics in order to influence and implement solutions in a complex environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Education &amp;
