Optimization of production team management practice – Boulangerie St-Donat
The company’s strong growth was a significant factor in the decision to mobilize the production team around a project to improve management practices. Progima’s team has been asked to help Boulangerie St-Donat implement new ways of doing things and effective tools.
Proactive management has been implemented through a new communication structure and appropriate management tools. This allows managers to better identify gaps and make day-to-day management decisions. The aim was to develop proactive supervision in order to increase efficiency and quality in the departments. Several improvements in management practices were also introduced. Team leader engagement in continuous improvement initiatives has also increased significantly.
