Progima supported the DCM Group throughout the relocation project. We designed an optimized layout of both the production and office space. Subsequently, our role was extended to also manage the move in order to minimize the production downtime.
The biggest challenge was moving each departement within 72 hours while the building was not yet completed. We ensured a smooth transition while allowing the contractor to finalise the construction.
